RSC 400 AS

RSC-400 AS is based on two pressure resistant cells, a furnace and pressure sensors. The furnace can scan temperatures at a controlled heating rate, or keep the temperature constant (isotherms). The cells allow for samples from milligrams up to a few grams or millilitres.

RSC-400 AS is a fast tool to get the temperature stability and pressure release data from chemicals or energetic materials. It applies to plant process hazards. It is also used to detect possible issues during storage or transportation of materials like gun propellants, fuel for rocket engines or explosives.
